Bharat Electronics Limited Vacancy 2025 Qualification
- Candidates must have a four-year engineering degree (B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc.) from an accredited university, college, or institution that has been approved by AICTE/UGC with a Pass Class.
- One of the following fields must be represented in the degree:
- Electronics: Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication.
- Mechanical: Industrial engineering, management, mechatronics, and mechanical engineering.

BEL Bharti 2025 Salary
The monthly compensation structure for this position is extremely competitive. Your total compensation as a Trainee Engineer-I will rise as you gain more experience with the organization. Your monthly income in the first year will be ₹30,000. In the second year, this rises to ₹35,000 a month. Your remuneration will be ₹40,000 per month if your contract is renewed for a third year based on performance and project requirements.
A total of ₹12,000 will be given to you annually in addition to this alluring pay to cover costs such as medical insurance premiums, clothing allowances, and footwear allowances. Additionally, an extra 10% of their combined remuneration will be given to applicants assigned to areas outside of Bengaluru where BEL does not have a unit as an Area Allowance. Additionally, a ₹1,00,000 Retention Bonus is offered to employees who stay for four years after being promoted to Project Engineer-I.
