ICG Bharti 2025 Qualification
Education :
- Store Keeper-II: a 12th grade diploma from an accredited university or board.
- Engine Driver: A Certificate of Competency as an Engine Driver and Matriculation (10th pass).
- Draughtsman: Either a certificate in Draughtsmanship or a diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture, together with a matriculation (10th pass).
- Lascar: Matriculation (10th grade) or a comparable qualification.
- Firefighter: Matriculation (10th grade) from an approved school.
- MTS: Matriculation (10th pass) or its equivalent (Daftary, Peon, Chowkidar).
- Unskilled Laborer: ITI from an accredited institution or matriculation (10th pass).
Age Limit
- Lascar & Engine Driver: 18–30 years old.
- Unskilled laborer, MTS (Daftary, Peon, Chowkidar), firefighter, aged 18 to 27.
- Draughtsman and Store Keeper-II: 18 to 25 years old.
- Note: In accordance with government regulations, ST applicants and government employees are eligible for an age relaxation.
Special medical and physical requirements (for firefighter positions)
- Height: 165 cm (shoeless), with applicants from mountainous regions and ST candidates receiving a 2.5 cm discount.
- Chest: 85 cm when expanded and 81.5 cm when not.
- Weight: 50 kg or more.
- Endurance Test: Must pass tests such as climbing a 3-meter vertical rope, carrying a 63.5-kg guy, and a 2.7-meter long leap.
