Senior Manager (IT): Full-time IT-related professional with at least five years of experience who holds a B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc.
Manager (Corporate Credit): Three years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree with professional credentials such as an MBA in finance, a CFA, a CA, etc.
Senior Manager (Corporate Credit): Five years of work experience, professional credentials, and a bachelor’s degree.

Age Limit for IOB Recruitment 2025
MMG Scale II Posts: 25 years or more, but no more than 35.
MMG Scale III Positions: 30 years or more, at most 40 years.
