State Bank of India Bharti 2025 Eligibility
Supervisor (Credit Analyst):
- An advanced degree in any field from an accredited university.
- AND an ICWA, CA, CFA, MMS (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM, or MBA (Finance).
Manager and Assistant Manager (Digital Platforms & Products):
- A Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, and Telecommunication, or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- A minimum score of 60% is necessary.
- Candidates with relevant credentials, such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., and an MBA will be given preference.
Experience (after qualifying)
- Manager (Credit Analyst): Three years or more of experience in overseeing or managing high-value or corporate credit in a public sector or listed financial institution, such as a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- Product Manager (Digital Platforms): At least 5 years of expertise in Digital Payments, FASTag, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), Digital Solutions, FinTech, and Risk Management experience.
- Deputy Manager for Products and Digital Platforms: Three years or more of expertise in the aforementioned disciplines is required.
Age Limit
- Credit analyst manager: 25–35 years
- Product-Digital Platforms Manager: 28–35 years
- Deputy Manager (Digital Platforms – Products): 25–32 years
