Education
- Candidates must have completed a four-year, full-time B.E. or B.Tech program in computer science or a related field from an accredited university or an institution approved by the AICTE or UGC.

Benefits and Salary for BEL Trainee Engineers

A consolidated compensation that increases yearly is offered for the role. Your monthly payment for the first year will be ₹30,000. In the second year, this rises to ₹35,000 per month, and in the third year, if your contract is renewed, you will make ₹40,000 per month.
You will earn ₹12,000 per year in addition to this set pay to cover things like your medical insurance cost, clothing allowance, and footwear allowance.
