BSF Vacancy 2025 Eligibility
Education :
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited board with a matriculation certificate (10th class) or its equivalent.
Sports Qualification :
- Players who have competed in or won a medal in any international sporting event that the Indian team is authorized to compete in by the International Olympic Association.
- Participants in any National Games, National Championship, or National Open Championship that has been approved by the Indian Olympic Association or the relevant Sports Federation and for which they have earned a medal (Gold, Silver, or Bronze).
- This applies to contests that take place between April 11, 2023, until April 11, 2025.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 23 as of August 1, 2025.
- For restricted groups, age relaxation is applicable: SC/ST for five years and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) for three years.
Medical and physical Details
- Height: 157 cm for women and 170 cm for men (certain categories may be permitted to relax).
- Male only: chest: 80 cm unexpanded, with a 5 cm minimum expansion.

Selection Process
Stage 1: Examining Applications and Sports Accomplishments

Stage 2: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Documentation
