Education & Experience:
- Head (Research, Investment, and Product):
- Requirement: Graduation or postgraduate studies from a university or institution authorized by the government.
- Experience: At least fifteen years of relevant work experience in private banking, investment advisory, financial services, and financial product creation. A minimum of eight years of wealth management expertise is required.
- Head of Zones (Retail):
- Requirement: Graduates of an institution or university recognized by the government.
- Experience: At least 15 years of retail banking, wealth management, and AMC sales management experience. Among these, at least five years of experience managing a sizable staff is necessary.
- Head of Region:
- Requirement: Graduates of an institution or university recognized by the government.
- Experience: At least 12 years of relationship management experience, ideally in wealth management. More than five years of experience managing a big team is required.
- Team Lead and Relationship Manager:
- Requirement: Graduates of an institution or university recognized by the government.
- Experience: At least eight years of relationship management experience following qualification, ideally in wealth management with top banks, brokerages, and AMCs. It is ideal to have prior team lead experience.
- Investment Specialist :
- Requirement: A postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in finance, accounting, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, banking, insurance, actuarial science, CA, or CFA.
- Experience: At least six years of post-qualification work as an officer, counselor, or investment advisor in wealth management firms or AMCs.
- Investment Officer :
- Requirement: A postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in finance, accounting, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, banking, insurance, actuarial science, CA, or CFA.
- Experience: At least four years of post-qualification work as an officer, counselor, or investment advisor for wealth management companies or AMCs.

Salary SBI SO Bharti 2025
These Specialist Cadre Officer positions do not pay according to the typical government “Pay Level” system. Rather, SBI is providing a very alluring Cost to Company (CTC) package that can be negotiated according to the candidate’s credentials, experience, and existing salary.
