TMC Eligibility 2025
Education :
- Nuclear Medicine Scientific Assistant “C”: B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Nuclear Medicine with PGDFIT/DMRIT and RSO Level-II certification, with applicable work experience. OR a B.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology with the necessary experience and RSO Level-II.
- Assistant Medical Social Worker: A minimum of one year of medical social work experience combined with a postgraduate degree in social sciences (MSW).
- Clinical Psychologist: Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with at least three years of experience in counseling and psychometric testing.
- Pharmacist “C”: B.Pharm for three years or D.Pharm for five years at a hospital pharmacy with 200 beds or more. must have a State Pharmacy Council registration.
- Biochemistry, Biomedical Waste, Cytopathology, Hematopathology, Microbiology, Molecular Pathology, Pathology, and Transfusion Medicine Scientific Assistant “B”: B.Sc. in a relevant life science field (such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology) with a DMLT and one year of experience. OR two years of experience and a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- Scientific Assistant “B” (Biomedical Engineering): 3 years of experience, including 1 year in a hospital, and a diploma in biomedical/medical electronics.
- B.Sc. with at least 50% of the possible points and two years of experience as a C.S.S.D. technician in a large hospital are requirements for the position of Scientific Assistant “B” (C.S.S.D.).
- Scientific Assistant “B” (General Medicine): two years of echocardiography experience and a B.Sc. with 50%.
- Radiation Oncology Scientific Assistant “B”: B.Sc. in Physics, PG Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology, and 1 year of experience. OR three years of experience and a B.Sc. in radiotherapy technology.
- “B” (Radiodiagnosis) Scientific Assistant: Bachelor of Science in Radiological Imaging Technology with one year of internship or experience. OR a two-year Medical Imaging Technology Diploma and appropriate experience combined with a B.Sc. in any discipline or a B.Pharmacy.
- Leading Fireman: 12th grader with a Diploma in Fire & Safety or fire training from a State Fire Service Academy. need a current LMV and two-wheeler driver’s license in addition to three years of experience.
- Dental & Prosthetic Surgery Technician “C”: 12-year science degree with two years of dental mechanics training. requires three years of experience and registration with the Dental Council of India.
- Technician “C” (Intensive Care Unit/Operation Theater): twelve years of science, three years of experience, and a one-year, six-month diploma in ICU/OT/Electronics/Dialysis Technician.
- Technician “A” (CSSD): a 12th grade science degree, a one-year, six-month CSD diploma, and a year of experience.
Age Limit
- ‘C’ Scientific Assistant: till age 35.
- For up to 30 years, work as a clinical psychologist, pharmacist, scientific assistant (B), leading firefighter, assistant medical social worker, or technician (C).
- Technician “A”: For a maximum of 27.
- Take note: candidates who are SC, ST, OBC, PWD, or former service members are eligible for an age relaxation under government regulations.
Special Medical and Physical Requirements for Top Firefighters
- General applicants must be 167 cm tall; candidates from hilly regions and those in the ST category may be able to lower this requirement.
- Chest: for general applicants, it is 80 cm unexpanded and 85 cm expanded (relaxable for particular categories).
